Non-Condensing Boiler Replacement Grant
The non-condensing boiler grant comes under the ECO4 scheme to provide financial support for replacing the old non-condensing boilers with an A-rated boiler for free! The aim is to provide energy- and cost-efficient options to people while reducing carbon emissions.
Check Your Eligibility
- Your boiler must be at least 8 years old.
- The source of power should be the gas supply. If the boiler’s power source is biomass, oil, or LPG, you are not eligible.
- The applicant must be the receiver of one of the government’s lists of benefits (Pension Credit Savings Credit, Income-Based Employment and Support Allowance, Child Tax Credit, etc.).
- Only property owners are eligible for the grant. Councils of privately rented properties are not eligible for the grant.
